3 easy steps to free your inner Ninja!

Freedom is everywhere, the magic part of everything, the vital essence of anyone. Freedom comes from Creation, time, money, love, dreams …

Think about this moment when you felt truly free.

They are unique moment, when you are meant to be. You were 100% yourself.

That freedom, that peace, that serenity and faith is alignment .

It means being fully present. It means allowing.

Trusting the flow of the universe.

Freedom is essentially, Happiness.

1- Pamper your Body !

You have ONE gorgeous body for your whole life, it is your main vehicle, it supports you every day. So it deserves love, and the best attention. Isn’t it?

Taking amazing care of your body leads you to do whatever you want, whenever you want it.

When you fuel your body with love, your mind has no limit.

  • EATING ( Of course )

. Educate yourself , read books and blogs to inspire you. I love this one pickuplimes for instance!

. Cook for friends, make it enjoyable and fun.

. Find a nice and inspiring place to do your shopping.

The idea is to create excitement around food.

Food and cooking are a beautiful way to expand your creativity and raise your energy. It could also be a meditative moment.

“ Workout because you LOVE your body, not because hate it.”

It obviously continue with exercising every single day.

Yes I know, you know! But how are you exercising if you do ?

. Exercising is a gift for your body, but also for your mind.

It increases your energy and focus.

. At the end of your workout, always take the time to thanks yourself for taking the time to exercise.

When you feel gratitude, you create more things to be grateful for. And you will also come back to it easily the following day.

. I love daily exercising with Yoga, and as I am traveling a lot, I can’t always attend classes, so I practice via youtube. yogawithadriene is my favorite!

“Make one healthy choice, then make another”

. Take responsibility of your health.

Our health is one area of your life that you can actively cultivate. So why not doing it!

. Take some superfood for exemple, Spirulina is one of them.

Iron, protein and omega 3, are amazing companion for your health.

. Investing ( money & time ) in your health, taking daily actions, increase your SELF LOVE. So your happiness, so your efficiency, so your finances, so your freedom!

2- Reset your mind

Meditation is a beautiful practice to quiet your mind and bring awareness !

Sitting in silence is a great way to embrace the healing space between thoughts.

I always feel so regenerated when I give myself the gift of meditation.

Meditation has so many benefits, that I can’t list them all here.Thousands of scientific studies indicate over 70 benefits of this age-old practice.

But at least it creates happiness, improve health, increase energy and performance.

Again, you can find many guided meditations on youtube. I have used this app when I have started meditating. It is free and you get 10 days to build a strong habit and learn how to meditate: headspace

3 . Clarify your goals

“Dreams don’t come true , goals do”

What do you want to create this year, this month, this week ?

In your business ? In your personal life ? In your health ?

Be as specific as possible. Write down the 3 things you want to accomplish.

Then determine what the small actions you can start with.

Baby step by baby step.


This are my personal decisions, but please design your own , and keep them close to your everyday life. When you are clear about your goals, you are focus and efficient !

This year

. I decide to have a beautiful website with at least 20 blog articles , to have released 4 workshops online and 2 lives , to have finished my paper journal « A Journal for creatives »

. I decide to be able to do handstand easily,

. I decide to have improved my capacity to listen to my boyfriend, to support him on his work/goals, to have had true holidays.

This month

. I decide to have written 4 blogs articles , posted 4 times on social media , and printed my business cards.

. I decide to have had 4 yoga classes , drunk 3L of water everyday and had at list 1 massage.

. I decide to cook 4 healthy dinner for my partner, organise our next holidays and write him a letter to express my love.

This week

. I decide to focus on my business by: writing my first blog article

. I decide to focus on health by: drinking a green juice everyday

. I decide to focus on my relationship by: switching off my phone when I am spending time with my love, and really listening to him.

Now you are ready to create miracles in your life and feel the freedom in your creative process!
